Tri-Lake Ready Mix is committed to environmentally friendly building practices. When building our new plant in 2002, we took every step to ensure that our operation would be as earth-friendly as possible.
We have an active recycling program, which includes everything from pop bottles from the lunch room to building materials which have been exhausted to the last of their use. All left over or excess concrete is used in precast forms, such as lego blocks, so that there is absolutely no wastage. Our gravel is screened onsite, which reduces transportation emissions. We encourage building with ICF Forming Systems (Insulated Concrete Forming), as this reduces the energy required for heating and cooling, in turn reducing energy costs; Saving you money while reducing your environmental footprint! Our buildings are even equipped with energy saving lights, because every little bit counts!
